Psychologists say that people are lazy because they do not find joy in what they do, or they do not want to do for some reason, it could be fear or despair. For them, lazy is a way to avoid the problem. But it does not seem true to some people.
If psychological reasons do not explain laziness, the problem may lie in your genes. A new study finds a gene which in charge of producing proteins in the dopamine system of our brain is the culprit that make some people less likely to physical activities.
